WLLP
wins Domestic Violence Appeal on behalf
of their client. The case concerned an
American national whose spouse had been
abusive and violent to her during their
marriage. WLLP initially applied for an
adjournment to obtain further evidence
to assist our client’s case. Our
expertise of family law and immigration
law proved invaluable in advising and
preparing the case in full.
